\u2014 Correspondent: Alexey, you often refer to the subconscious as a kind of code. What do you mean by that? How can a person be understood in terms of programming?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2014 Alex Peter Ivanov: <\/strong>Our subconscious is not some abstract space. It’s a real, biological system for storing and processing information. Everything we experience \u2014 every scent, every glance, every moment of pain or joy \u2014 is recorded. These records layer upon each other like the leaves of a cabbage. They form our personality, our character, our lifestyle.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s most remarkable is that all of it remains accessible. In a split second, we can \u201crecall\u201d something that happened decades ago. And not just remember it intellectually\u2014we can smell the same scents, hear the same sounds, feel the same emotions. This means that our experiences never truly disappear. They\u2019re always with us\u2014and they influence our behavior here and now.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Correspondent: And what happens when someone carries painful, traumatic impressions?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2014 Alex Peter Ivanov: <\/strong>They become fragments of harmful code. That is, whenever something even vaguely resembles the old pain, it triggers a chain reaction: anxiety, irritation, addictive behavior, self-destructive actions. A person might not even be aware of it\u2014but their \u201cautomatic programs\u201d are making decisions for them.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s when someone either suffers in silence or tries to negotiate with their pain. And worse\u2014many attempt to numb it through alcohol, drugs, or compulsive behavior. But the real cause isn\u2019t the addiction. The real cause is the code. The memory that was once written\u2014and now controls them.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Correspondent: Do you really believe this code can be rewritten?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2014 Alex Peter Ivanov: <\/strong>Yes, that\u2019s exactly what I do. I don\u2019t just talk\u2014I reprogram the soul. Or more precisely, I help reprogram it. I assist people in changing the inner patterns that prevent them from living fully.<\/p>\n

Together, we identify what the person truly wants\u2014not in terms of vague desires, but as a new internal program. Who do they want to become? What do they want to feel? What do they want to eliminate from their life forever? Once that\u2019s clear\u2014I begin the tuning process. It\u2019s precise work, like a software update: fixing errors, installing protection, implementing upgrades.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Correspondent: You use the metaphor of an antivirus. Is that just a poetic comparison, or is it part of the therapy?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2014 Alex Peter Ivanov: <\/strong>Both. An antivirus is not about bans, fear, or chemicals. It\u2019s an internal structure that prevents destructive programs from taking over again. We build an internal sense of stability, resilience.<\/p>\n

Then the person no longer fears their \u201ctriggers\u201d\u2014they don\u2019t activate old patterns anymore. They stop running from the past\u2014not because they forget it, but because they\u2019re no longer its prisoner.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Correspondent: Are there any cases that were particularly meaningful for you?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2014 Alex Peter Ivanov: <\/strong>Yes. One of my clients, who had undergone therapy to overcome alcoholism, later found himself in an active war zone. I won\u2019t go into political details, but you understand the context\u2014explosions, chaos, mortal danger. The people around him, even those close to him, started drinking\u2014saying it made it easier to face death.<\/p>\n

He didn\u2019t take a single sip. On the contrary, he kept a clear head, helped others, and remained sober. When he came back and said, \u201cThank you, your method worked even there\u201d\u2014I realized that this wasn\u2019t just therapy. It had become a life system. A framework for survival and meaning.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Correspondent: So hypnotherapy affects more than just the individual client?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2014 Alex Peter Ivanov: <\/strong>Absolutely not. When a person changes, a ripple of change follows. The atmosphere in their family shifts, children start living differently, they gain respect at work, and conflicts fade.<\/p>\n

I can\u2019t count how many lives have been saved. But I see how the quality of life improves for those who\u2019ve gone through my practice. And along with that\u2014so do the lives of those around them.<\/p>\n

And that, I think, is what really matters. Not just the absence of pain. But the presence of meaning.<\/p>\n

Final Thoughts<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Alex Peter Ivanov: <\/strong>Meaning isn\u2019t something you can impose from the outside. You can\u2019t buy it, inject it, force it on someone, or gift it. Meaning is something that is born within\u2014when a person becomes themselves again.<\/p>\n

When you haven\u2019t just quit drinking\u2014you\u2019ve started living. When you haven\u2019t just escaped pain\u2014you\u2019ve started feeling gratitude. When every day is no longer a form of escape\u2014but a step forward.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s when life truly begins.<\/p>\n

And at that moment, you no longer ask, \u201cWhat\u2019s next?\u201d\u2014 You simply move forward. Because now, you know why.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
